The first thing we do after bringing in new fruit

The first thing we do after bringing in new fruit is process it through the sorting table. This table gives the a grapes a good little shake while our awesome cellar team sorts through the clusters for any imperfections. Although, these Pinot Noir grapes look pretty darn perfect to us!
